Start here

Work through the sections in order the first time. After that, open only the one you need.

  1. Create your publisher account and confirm your email.
  2. Wait until the network approves the account, then sign in.
  3. Open Offers and copy a tracking link for an offer you are allowed to run.
  4. Open Postback, choose a delivery method, and save the URL that should receive your clicks or conversions.
  5. Send traffic only to the tracking link, not to the advertiser page.
  6. Check Reports and Activity, then add payment details on Payouts.

Sign up and sign in

Sign up from the public sign-up page. The form asks for your company name, your name, email, password, website, traffic type, country, time zone, how you will promote, and a payment method.

New accounts start as pending. You cannot sign in, and you cannot open the dashboard, until an admin approves the account. If a verification email arrives, open it and confirm the address. Approval still has to come from the network after that.

Sign in from Publisher login. If you forget the password, use the reset link on the login page and set a new one from the email.

The site you came from is recorded when you sign up. You do not need to type it. A link such as ?utm_source=facebook names that source.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page after you sign in. Times are UTC. The range control starts on today. You can change the period to see a longer window.

The cards are Clicks, Conversion, CVR, Earnings, and EPC. Earnings is your approved payout. CVR is approved conversions divided by clicks. EPC is earnings per click.

Earnings is a chart of those same numbers. Your top performing offers lists the offers you are promoting right now that are earning you the most. Open one to go to that offer.

The hot offer banner sits at the bottom of the dashboard. It rotates through offers the network has marked as hot, highest traffic first. Open the banner to view that offer.

Offers

Offers is the catalog. Use All, Approved, Pending, Public, Rejected, or Require Approval to change the list. Search by name. You can also filter by category, channel, country, payout, or platform.

  • Public means you can take the tracking link without asking.
  • Require Approval means you request access and wait. The card shows pending until the network decides.
  • Approved means you are allowed to run that offer.
  • Rejected means the request was declined.

Open an offer for the full page. General shows the offer id, category, currency, application status, and the traffic it accepts. Caps shows the daily, weekly, monthly, and total cap. Stats shows earnings, clicks, conversions, CVR, and EPC for the dates you pick. Payout is the amount you earn on an approved conversion. Targeting shows the countries the offer accepts, and any country it blocks. Creatives lists the files for the offer. The preview opens the advertiser page so you can review it. Do not send traffic there.

A tracking link button on the card copies a ready link. On the offer page, Offer Tracking Links opens the generator.

Tracking links

Every visit must go through your tracking link. The short form is:

https://your-network-domain/t/OFFER_CODE?pid=YOUR_CODE

YOUR_CODE is the publisher code from your account. OFFER_CODE is the offer code. The Tracking link button fills both in.

On the offer page, Offer Tracking Links opens the generator. Choose a single offer, several offers, or all of your approved offers. Additional parameters are s1 through s8 and the referral page:

  • pid your publisher id. The generator adds this. It is required.
  • s1 through s8 your own sub ids, such as a campaign, placement, or creative.
  • ref the referral page, the site where the visitor clicked.
  • sl a smart link name. The generator does not show this box. Add sl=name on the copied link if you need it.
  • Any other name you add on the copied link, such as campaign=spring, is kept as a custom parameter.

Encrypt parameters hides those values inside the link. The click is still recorded the same way. You can also copy creative assets from the same generator when the offer has them.

A click is counted only when the visitor’s country is allowed on that offer. A visit from a country the offer does not accept is not saved on that offer. If the network has another offer open to that country, the visitor is sent there instead. Place the link only where the offer’s countries match your traffic.

After the click, the visitor is sent to the advertiser. The click id created here is what a later conversion and your postback use. You can see that click id in Activity.

Postback URL

A postback tells your tracker, pixel, or ad platform that something happened. Open Postback in the menu. That page is one form. Choose Global for every offer, or Specific and then pick one offer. API integration is its own page.

Global is used for every matching event, unless that offer has its own URL. Set Status to Inactive and add it to turn the global postback off. The URL must start with http:// or https://.

Specific is for one offer only. Pick the offer, paste a URL, and add it. That URL replaces the global one for that offer. Set Status to Inactive and add it if that offer should use the global URL again.

Choose a delivery method before you add the URL. Each method is a real call. Maxlead requests the URL you paste.

  • Postback is a server URL for your tracker.
  • HTML is a pixel URL.
  • Meta, Microsoft Advertising, Rumble, Snapchat, TikTok, and Whop are the conversion URLs for those platforms.

Postback type decides when the URL is called.

  • Conversion and Event fire when a conversion is approved or rejected. A conversion that is still pending does not send one.
  • CPC fires when a click is recorded. It does not wait for a conversion.

Delay holds the call for 5 minutes. Leave it off if your tracker should hear the event right away. After you add it, the form closes and shows the saved postback. Use Edit postback to change it.

The call is a GET request. Place a parameter by writing its name inside curly braces in the URL. Capital letters do not matter, so {Click_ID} is the same as {click_id}. The value is filled in and encoded for you. If that value is empty, that part of the URL stays blank.

  • {click_id} the click id created when the visitor opened your tracking link.
  • {payout} the payout in dollars with two decimals, such as 12.50. A CPC call sends 0.00.
  • {status} approved or rejected on a conversion. A CPC call sends click.
  • {offer} the offer code.
  • {offer_name} the offer name.
  • {sub1} through {sub8} the values you put on the tracking link as s1 through s8.

Any other name from the tracking link can be placed the same way. If the link had campaign=spring, write {campaign} in the postback URL. A custom name must start with a letter and may use letters, numbers, and underscores, up to 32 characters. Up to 12 custom names are kept, and each value is kept up to 120 characters. pid, s1 through s8, sl, ref, and refer are not custom names.

A custom name cannot replace the built-in ones. {click_id}, {payout}, {status}, {offer}, {offer_name}, and {sub1} through {sub8} always use the real values.

Place them in the URL with Add Macro, or type them yourself.

Example, with every built-in parameter placed:

https://tracker.example/postback?cid={click_id}&payout={payout}&status={status}&offer={offer}&offer_name={offer_name}&sub1={sub1}&sub2={sub2}&sub3={sub3}&sub4={sub4}&sub5={sub5}&sub6={sub6}&sub7={sub7}&sub8={sub8}&campaign={campaign}

On a conversion, read {status} before you credit it. Credit approved. Do not credit rejected.

Reports

Reports has two views. Open Reports in the menu and choose one. Each view is its own row.

Performance Report is the default. Set a start and end date, then run the report. The summary shows total clicks, duplicate clicks, conversions, approved, rejected, test, approved earnings, and EPC. A performance graph sits under the summary. Sub ids from your tracking links are included, so you can see which placement converted.

Conversion Report lists your conversions. Filter by date, offer, and status, then run it. Status can be all, approved, rejected, or test. You can order by date, earnings, or offer, and download a CSV. Sub ids are included here too.

These reports show the conversions that count for you. They do not show conversions that are still pending, and they do not show conversions the network kept back.

Activity

Activity is the live list of your clicks and conversions. Search by click id, offer, or sub id.

Clicks shows the click id, country, device, offer, sub ids, and time. A click that already converted is marked. One that has not converted stays open.

Conversion shows the conversions recorded on those clicks. Use this page when you need the exact click id to match a postback in your own tracker.

Payouts

Payouts shows your current balance, your payment terms, and the payout minimum. If the balance is under the minimum, it stays until it reaches that amount.

The first time, fill in Save payment details. Choose PayPal, ACH, Bank wire, Wise, Payoneer, Skrill, Venmo, Crypto, or Other, then enter the matching detail. PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, and Skrill use an email. Crypto uses the coin and wallet address. Bank methods use the account fields named on the form.

After you save, that form becomes Manage payment details. It shows the method and the details you entered. Use Edit to change them. The network pays the method saved here.

Account manager

Your account manager stays in the side menu, under Language. You see their photo, name, and how to reach them. The contact has its own icon, such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or Teams.

The username under that label does one thing. If it was saved as a link, tapping it opens that contact. If it was saved as text, tapping it copies the username. It does not do both.

The chat button opens a conversation with your account manager. The first screen says that messages go straight to your account manager. Choose Start conversation.

You can send text, a photo, a video, or a voice note. You can also start a voice call or a video call. A call that is not answered is marked as missed in the chat.

Long-press a message to reply, react, copy, or, for a text message you just sent, edit it. A green mark next to the manager means they are online. You can set your own profile photo from the chat header.

The button shrinks while you scroll down so it does not cover the dashboard, and it opens again when you scroll up. The theme switch and the notification bell stay in the top bar, not in the side menu.

Offers API

API integration is optional. Use it when your own site or tool should pull offers and conversions instead of reading them on screen.

  1. Open API integration.
  2. Choose Generate API key. That creates your key. If a key already exists, click again to confirm a new one.
  3. Copy the key. Then copy the two addresses shown under it.

Offers is the offers address. Call it with api_token=YOUR_KEY. It returns every offer on the network, approved or still pending. Each offer includes a tracking URL that already has your publisher id, the offer status, and whether your request is approved, pending, or rejected.

Conversion API returns your conversions. Pending conversions are not included. Call it with the same api_token.

You can use one key on more than one site. Come back to this page to copy it again. Generating a new key replaces the old one, and the old key stops working everywhere it was used.

Refer a publisher

Your referral link lets another company join under you. Once their account is approved and they earn, Maxlead pays you an extra 1% of their approved earnings. Their payout is not reduced.

Share the join link the network gives you. The new publisher still has to be approved before they can run offers.
